Dr. Usha Tandon is a medical professional with a DDS degree. She practiced dentistry in Los Angeles, California for more than 16 years. She has a passion for cooking healthy and simple food using Ancient Indian Wisdom combined with modern medical research in mind.
In her practice, Usha spent a great deal of time educating patients not only about their dental health but also about their physical and mental well being. Usha encourages making small, incremental changes toward healthy eating and the practice of relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation.
